Organizer Responsibilities
Before Your Game...
A few simple things will help everyone enjoy the experience and keep your game running smoothly.
🏠 Prepare the game area.
Make sure there is enough space for your group and that the designated game area is reasonably safe for normal walking and participation.
⚠️ Tell us about any hazards.
Let Part of the Plot know about any known hazards in or around the designated game area that could affect the safety of participants.
🐾 Secure your pets.
If you have pets, please keep them separate from participants and the designated game area for the duration of the game. This helps keep both your guests and your pets comfortable.
🚫 Keep restricted areas off-limits.
Pools, trampolines, play equipment, and other potentially hazardous areas should not be used during the game. Make sure guests know which areas are off-limits.
🍷 Keep the game alcohol-free.
No alcohol may be consumed during the Part of the Plot experience. This helps keep the experience comfortable, safe, and appropriate for everyone.
👥 Make sure your guests are ready.
Give your guests the date, time, location, and any instructions they need before the game. Please also make sure they are aware of the Guest Guidelines before the game begins.

As the organizer, you are responsible for ensuring that the agreed-upon game area and conditions remain safe and appropriate throughout the experience. Part of the Plot may pause or end the game if conditions arise that make it unsafe or prevent the game from being conducted as agreed.
